For Wallgy, Wallgy Jump and all Wallgy Studio apps

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@wallgy.app with the subject "Delete my account". Include:

the app name,
the email address of your account, or your player name for the games.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email, to protect your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your account, email, player name, progress, coins and unlocked items, leaderboard entries, race replays and support history.

What we keep: records of purchases, only for as long as Greek tax law requires. These are not used for anything else.

Please note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Coins and items you bought cannot be restored after deletion.

Delete only some data

If you want to keep your account but remove certain data, for example your leaderboard name or scores, email us at support@wallgy.app.
