Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 8, 2026
This policy explains what information Wallgy Studio ("we", "us") collects when you use our apps and games, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the Wallgy wallpaper and ringtone app, Wallgy Jump, our other games and this website (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Wallgy Studio, based in Greece, which is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: support@wallgy.app.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details (Wallgy app): email address and login credentials, if you create an account.
- Player name (games): the nickname you choose, which other players can see on leaderboards and in races.
- Messages you send to support.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system, language, country, app version, and a device or advertising identifier.
- Usage data: which features you use, wallpapers or ringtones you open, game progress, scores, and race replays ("ghosts") that let other players race against your run.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data, so we can fix bugs.
Purchases: purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We receive a confirmation of what you bought, but we never see or store your card details.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone audio. Device motion (tilt controls in Wallgy Jump) is used only on your device to move the character and is never sent to us.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Services: deliver wallpapers and ringtones, save your progress, unlocks and coins, and run leaderboards and races (performance of a contract).
- To process purchases and subscriptions (performance of a contract).
- To show ads that keep the apps free (consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest).
- To understand how the apps are used, prevent cheating and fraud, and fix crashes (legitimate interest).
- To answer your support requests and meet legal obligations, such as tax records for purchases (legal obligation).
4. Advertising
Our free apps show ads through Google AdMob and its partner ad networks. These partners may use your advertising identifier and device data to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Buying "Remove ads" turns off ads in that app.
5. Service providers we share data with
We share data only with providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that protect your data:
- Google: Google Play (purchases), AdMob (ads), Firebase (analytics, crash reports, game data storage).
- Cloudflare: website hosting and email routing.
- Our server and content-delivery hosting providers.
We may disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the ad partners above.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep data
- Account, progress and leaderboard data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account.
- Race replays and weekly leaderboard entries: expire automatically, or are removed when you delete your account.
- Purchase records: as long as required by Greek tax law.
- Crash and analytics data: up to 14 months.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@wallgy.app and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local authority.
California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email us.
9. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
