Terms of Service

These terms apply to the apps, games and website of Wallgy Studio, including Wallgy, Wallgy Jump and our other games (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms and approve any purchase.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services and to set our wallpapers and ringtones on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. All content, including wallpapers, ringtones, characters (such as Wallgy), artwork, music and code, belongs to Wallgy Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or upload our content elsewhere, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

3. Coins and virtual items

• Coins, boosters, skins, characters, passes and other virtual items have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or between different apps.
• You get a licence to use virtual items inside the app; you do not own them.
• We may change the balance, prices or availability of virtual items to keep the games fair, but we will not remove items you paid for without reason.
• Coins and progress are linked to your account or device. If you play without an account, uninstalling the app or changing device may lose them.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their payment terms also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Right of withdrawal (EU): digital content and virtual items are delivered immediately. By buying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's or Apple's refund policies. If something went wrong, email support@wallgy.app and we will help. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots, hacks or modified apps, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards or races, reverse-engineer the apps, or harass other players. Player names must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may remove names or scores, reset progress gained by cheating, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Ads

Free versions show ads, including optional rewarded videos. Rewards are given only after an ad is fully watched and may be limited per day.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Services and may add, change or remove features or content. Online features (leaderboards, races, events) need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering a Service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the app when possible.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the Services after that, the new terms apply.
